ARFF!

When feeling a little beaten down, we go to solution!  Spend time with HEALTHY people and enjoy a cotton candy ice cream cone!  Up, up, up!   I'm filling my ARFF (Achievement Respect(Love) Fun and Freedom) and sickies cannot get me down!  Even with a suppressed immune system! :)
